The opening hours of the banks are Monday to Friday from 9 am - 12 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm. You can find ATMs at each bank. The nearest one is located at the train station.

The village bus is for free with your guest-card. Find a timetable at the reception or on www.SBB.ch

Check-out from 07:30 to 10:00 o'clock.

We can store your luaggage until 18:00 o'clock.

In case you're leaving before 07:30 am, please settle your bill on the evening before. With pleasure we prepare for you a breakfast bag for your journey.

The rooms are cleaned daily between 08:30 and 15:00h.

Cooking in the rooms is forbidden.

The voltage is 230V.

In case of a fire alarm, you will find evacuation charts posted on the inside of your room door.

Please remain calm, listen to the instruction of the hotelstaff ! The meeting place is located at the parking area of our hotel.

A hairdryer is available in the room.

At the reception you will find several options for a exciting excursion. With pleasure we help you to find everything for an unforgettable day.

In the Hotel Jungfrau Lodge, Dorfstrasse 49, Grindelwald you will find the Selfwash Salon. The opening hours are from 08:00am till 08:00pm.

You can leave the luggage in our ski room which is open during the day. The Hostel is not liable for loss or damage.

We have a few parking spaces directly in front of the house. There is no space guarantee and a reservation is unfortunately not possible.

Public parking is available in the underground garage of the sports center or at the Pfingsteggbahn.

Please note that the access road is narrow and steep. In winter, depending on the weather conditions, access is only possible with snow chains.

Night rest is from 22:00 to 07:00.
